DRESS CODE

Dancers are required to follow the dress code. It is important for students to learn about proper class attire in a professional dance environment. Why is dress code or class attire important? Following a class attire we are teaching our students to move together as an ensemble. It is important for the students to wear the specific attire in order to be able to execute the movement properly and freely without clothing getting on the way. The proper use of attire is not only for the student safety but also allows the teacher to observe the student’s proper alignment to make better assessments as well as to provide corrections that are necessary for growth.
